If you have been flagged with a territorial restriction notice, it means that the store or file you are trying to access has not been made available to your country due to licensing rights and issues.

Please note that in most cases our stores serve U.S. residents only. In other cases, we serve the U.S. and Canada. Only selected stores and sites waive these restrictions.

If you reside inside the U.S. and were rejected, it is likely that our monitoring system made a mistake in identifying your location. We apologize for your trouble. Location identification is not a 100% guaranteed process. Locations are tracked by IP addresses - which ISPs tend to shift around rather often. Please visit http://www.whatismyip.com, and email us the following information:

-Your exact IP address

-Your place of residence

-The store you tried to visit or file you tried to download or open

Please allow us a couple of weeks for us to remedy the situation. We will have to verify your IP location and then update our location identification system.

You may want to try the site again though, because if you have a dynamic IP address, then your IP address will change frequently.
