What’s the quality of the mobile files I’m buying?

The format we will deliver to your handset and the quality in which it is encoded depend on your handset capabilities. Not all handsets are able to receive each and every product type. Handsets have various restrictions and specifications about which formats they play and what file size can be delivered to them. It is important to ensure that your handset has enough memory available to download the product you ordered.

We will identify your device and deliver the proper file to you. If your device is not supportive of the product type you ordered, we will text you a message to that effect. We recommend you consult our Device Support List to see what product types your device may support. Note that this list is an estimation only and does not guarantee successful delivery.
