Please ensure your computer meets our minimum system requirements. You may also need to upgrade your media player. Ensure you have a working internet connection and that the file did, in fact, download completely. Before trying to download again, please check our recommmended computer/browser settings for best results. If the file is a WMA or WMV file, please try the following: Find the file you downloaded, right-click on it, and choose to play the file with Windows Media Player. Second, please check to make sure you are online so that the media player can obtain a license from us. Play the file at least once for a few seconds to make certain you receive the required license. To clarify, music you purchase from our store in the Windows Media format is digitally protected and requires a license file to play. You should receive a license automatically when you purchase content or attempt to play it for the first time. However, there may be situations where this doesn't happen. If you are receiving a license acquisition pop-up, please visit this link. Other license issues are covered throughout the help documentation. If you still have access to the store, some stores have a section called "My History." Read about how to re-download via "My History" here. |
