Getting Started

We operate and support a variety of stores that act in different ways. Here is a basic overview of how many of our sites work:

1. Search for the music, truetone, or other digital product you want
2. Sample it for free if a preview is available
3. When you first attempt to buy a product, you will reach our Payment Page
4. Setup your account as instructed
5. You will return to the store, and the download will start automatically; choose “Save” and make sure you save the file into a folder you recognize and can later locate – such as My Music – or to your desktop;
6. If you are ordering a mobile product, a small window on the screen will inform you that the product is being sent to your phone. Follow the instructions that arrive via text message.

Once your account is saved with us, you can continue to browse the site for the products you want and click to purchase and download. When logged in to your account, you will not need to enter your information again.
