The “license approved” window keeps popping up when I try to play the WMA or WMV file.

Your browser or the song file (or video file) may not be communicating properly with your media player. This is common with Netscape and Windows Media Player or Winamp and Internet Explorer. The solution is to simply close the license window and press play on your media player itself.
