This process varies by phone. You may need to consult your manual or contact your wireless carrier if you are having trouble sending, receiving, and downloading content.

Text the code or product ID to 31313 (or the shortcode given). The shortcode should be in the "To" section where you normally type a phone number. The code or product ID will be in the message body. You will receive a text message with further instructions. Follow the instructions indicated by the texts to download your content.
