I received a message (or believe that) that my carrier or device is not supported. OR I found that my device is not supported on your site’s device support list. How can I receive content? OR My device is on the supported list, but I'm having trouble.

Our service is only available on certain US carriers networks. If your carrier is not listed as a supported carrier at this time, please re-visit this site later to check for updates as we are always working to support additional carriers.

If your device is not listed as a supported device, it is likely that we are unable to support the piece of content you are interested in on your particular handset at this time. In many situations depending on the store, if your device or carrier are not supported, you can redeem downloads online instead.

If your phone is not on the support list, it does not necessarily mean it is unsupported. The list contains phones we have verified worked with our service through testing. It is possible that your device may not have been tested at this time.

If you have visited our supported device list and see your phone but are unable to get product, please contact Customer Service. Please note: There are often many variations/versions of each type of phone. It is possible your particular model is not supported while other similar models are supported.
