I have an issue with my bill. Can I get a refund? |

If you were billed multiple times, it is very likely you have downloaded the same piece of content more than once. If you have been billed for a product you don’t believe you have purchased, please call your mobile carrier to verify the charges that appear on your phone bill. Carriers are very helpful with solving billing issues of this nature. In most cases, you will need to check with your carrier's billing department first before contacting us about a mobile refund. |
