My media player won’t play a .zip file. OR I cannot open a zip file.

Please unzip a .zip file before attempting to play it. If you are using Windows, in most situations, you can right click on the file and choose “Extract All” to retrieve your music from the zipped folder. If you do not see the Extract All option, please ensure you have an unzipping utility such as WinZip or WinRar, which are available for download online.
